Ken MacNeill - Director
The collaborative and merger activity in healthcare has enabled him to utilise and develop previous experience in developing shared services and merged organisations in local government. In addition to the financial and technical aspects of collaboration and mergers, he identifies cultural and organisational opportunities and challenges involved. Ken is practical and good at working with people to get things done. He has worked across sectors including in social care and more widely with local government so also brings an understanding of how different parts of the public sector work.
Recent project work by Ken has included developing our PCNA tool, preparing bids for primary and urgent care services, developing business plans, improving financial management and performance, undertaking due diligence and improving governance arrangements in primary care.
